NFP to grow by over 100K in June
The US Bureau of Labor Statistics will release the Nonfarm Payrolls data for June. Investors expect NFP to rise by 110K following three consecutive months of strong increases.
The Unemployment Rate is seen holding steady at 4.3%, while the annual wage inflation is projected to edge higher to 3.5% from 3.4% in May. TD Securities analysts expect NFP to rise at a softer pace, to 80k.
The Automatic Data Processing reported private sector jobs growth on Wednesday, ahead of the official data release. The employment report could influence the timing of a possible interest rate increase.
The US Dollar may be affected by the report, but only a dismal print could hurt it in a meaningful way.
