Under Armour Inc (NYSE:UA) reduced its fiscal 2027 revenue forecast after reporting a 3% decline in first-quarter sales to $1.1 billion, missing the $1.11 billion estimate. Adjusted earnings per share of $0.05 surpassed expectations of $0.02.

North American revenue fell 9% to $610 million, while international revenue rose 5% to $490 million. Wholesale revenue dropped 2% to $638 million, and direct-to-consumer sales declined 6% to $437 million. The company cited weaker demand, particularly in North America and Asia-Pacific, for the revised outlook.

Under Armour now expects mid-single-digit percentage revenue declines for the year, compared to its prior forecast of a slight decline. North American revenue is projected to fall at a mid-single-digit rate, worsening from an earlier low-single-digit decline estimate.
