Ukrainian drones hit Russian oil facilities near St. Petersburg
Russia’s Leningrad Oblast has been targeted by Ukrainian drones, with 243 shot down from January to March.
The region’s oil facilities, including export terminals and refineries, have been among the hardest hit.
