Grocery shopping was similarly affected, with 40% of planned spend lost due to unavailable products. Sanctions and trade restrictions were cited by 62% as further limiting access to goods.
Brand loyalty is declining as 30% of fashion shoppers switch to competitors after stockouts. Meanwhile, 42% shift spending to marketplaces, and 45% abandon brands entirely, opting for resale platforms like Vinted.
