Uber reported a 57% year-over-year increase in operating income to $1.923 billion for Q1 fiscal 2026, announced May 6, 2026. The company’s non-GAAP earnings per share grew at more than twice the rate of gross bookings, which rose 25% to $53.72 billion.

Gross bookings climbed on the back of 3.6 billion trips, a 20% increase, while monthly active platform consumers grew 17% to 199 million. Uber One’s 50 million members now account for over half of all bookings, spending three times more than non-subscribers. Revenue reached $13.203 billion, slightly missing estimates due to business model changes.

Analysts maintain a $104 price target, while executives, including CFO Balaji Krishnamurthy, purchased shares at $73 in June. Uber’s market capitalization stands at approximately $151.5 billion.
