Energy Corp. (NASDAQ:USEG) has officially changed its corporate name to Big Sky Industrial Inc, as the Houston-based company repositions around helium production and carbon management

The company will now trade under the ticker symbol BSIN, effective June 8. The rebrand aligns the company’s public market identity with its core operating strategy: the development and commercialization of helium and carbon management assets at its planned Big Sky Carbon Hub in Montana’s Kevin Dome region. “Big Sky Industrial is an industrial gas and carbon management company, and as of today our name says exactly that,” said President and CEO Ryan Smith. The company said it has reached a Final Investment Decision on its processing facility, completed its Phase 1 capital stack, and signed a five-year, 100% take-or-pay helium offtake agreement with an investment-grade global industrial gas counterparty.

Smith said helium is a federally designated critical mineral with no viable substitute in key end markets including semiconductors, medical imaging, and quantum computing, and that global supply is structurally constrained and concentrated in regions with geopolitical risk. Big Sky Industrial’s asset base supports three business lines: helium production, carbon management, and low-decline oil production from its Cut Bank oil field, also in the Kevin Dome region
