True Potential has joined forces with Origo to bring automated valuation information into its adviser back-office platform.
Through the Origo Integration Hub, daily valuations from a range of providers can be supplied in a single location
The move forms part of a wider run of technology and service updates at True Potential, including the introduction of Indigo Smart Assistant and the Bondsmith Cash Savings service. According to the firms, the tie-up is intended to cut the delays and extra steps associated with manual data handling by automating a task that has previously needed human input. Origo’s Integration Hub is linked to more than 65 organisations and is used within financial services to connect providers, platforms and adviser technology systems.
Origo CEO Anthony Rafferty said: “Advisers should not have to contend with fragmented, manual processes to access something as fundamental as valuation data. “By delivering consistent, automated valuations directly into advisers’ existing workflows, we are reducing friction, cutting administrative burden and helping to set a new standard for efficiency and connectivity across the market, ultimately enabling advisers to spend more time focused on client outcomes.” True Potential said the arrangement allows automated valuation data to flow into advisers’ current working processes. Advisers using back-office software connected to the Origo Integration Hub are set to receive broader provider access, daily automated valuation updates and lower dependence on manual valuation requests. The service carries no extra charge for advisers and is offered on an opt-in basis, without requiring additional systems or processes.
