Trimble Inc. (NASDAQ:TRMB) reported first-quarter revenue of $939.9 million, ahead of the $905.6 million analyst estimate. Adjusted EPS came in at $0.79, beating the $0.72 consensus. The company raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to $3.84 billion to $3.92 billion from a prior range of $3.81 billion to $3.91 billion, and lifted its adjusted EPS guidance to $3.47 to $3.64 from $3.42 to $3.62.

For the second quarter, Trimble guided revenue of $938 million to $963 million and adjusted EPS of $0.78 to $0.82. Despite the beat, Trimble Inc. (NASDAQ:TRMB) closed 7.2% lower on the day. On May 7, 2026, Oppenheimer lowered its price target to $80 from $86 while keeping an “Outperform” rating.
