The Thai Baht (THB) rallied to a two-month high against the US Dollar (USD), driven by a softer USD, lower oil prices, and inflows tied to gold and electronics exports. USD/THB approached oversold conditions, with resistance at 32.87 and support near 32.30/35 levels.

Recent gains follow a broader USD pullback and modest support from Thailand’s gold market and tech exports. However, the Bank of Thailand’s (BoT) upcoming meeting may temper further strength, as policymakers remain sensitive to excessive currency appreciation amid softer domestic growth.

Technical indicators suggest potential consolidation, with the daily chart showing bearish momentum but the RSI nearing oversold territory. The BoT’s stance will be key in determining near-term direction.
