Texas Instruments posted second-quarter GAAP earnings per share of $2.14, surpassing estimates by $0.20, as revenue climbed to $5.46 billion. The revenue figure, up 22.7% year-over-year, also exceeded projections by $220 million.

The company cited broad-based growth, particularly in industrial, data center, and automotive sectors, driving a 13% sequential and 23% year-over-year revenue increase. Prior-year Q2 revenue stood at $4.46 billion, with consensus estimates hovering near $5.24 billion for the latest quarter.

Shares of TXN showed limited movement in after-hours trading following the release.
