Deal combines additiv’s AI-driven orchestration platform with Temenos’s offerings, targeting mass-affluent clients and accelerating wealth tech integration.
Swiss financial technology firm Temenos has agreed to acquire additiv, a compatriot fintech specializing in AI-enabled wealth and financial services orchestration. The transaction involves 100% of additiv, with payment split evenly between cash and equity. Temenos expects the deal to close in early Q3 2026, pending standard conditions.
Additiv’s platform streamlines wealth management operations by consolidating process steps and data into a single layer, enabling banks and wealth managers to launch offerings faster and improve adviser efficiency. The company serves 30 clients globally across wealth management, banking, and insurance sectors. Temenos stated the acquisition will enhance its wealth management suite with mass-affluent capabilities and AI-driven orchestration.
Post-acquisition, additiv will retain its brand and operate independently within the Temenos Group, maintaining its existing client base and founder-led management team. The move reflects Temenos’s push to expand its wealth tech footprint while preserving additiv’s operational autonomy.
