TE Connectivity reported fiscal third-quarter revenue of $5.16 billion, up 14% year-over-year and exceeding Wall Street expectations by over 3%. Adjusted earnings per share rose 22% to $2.94, surpassing the $2.85 estimate, while order flow hit record levels amid strong AI-driven demand for connectors and interconnect systems.

The company’s performance reflects surging capital expenditure by hyperscalers and data center operators, positioning TE Connectivity as a key beneficiary of the AI infrastructure buildout. Prior-year Q3 revenue was $4.53 billion, with adjusted EPS at $2.41, marking a significant acceleration in growth.

Despite the strong results, shares declined roughly 7% post-earnings, underscoring investor sensitivity to sequential guidance trends over trailing performance.
