Men’s apparel retailer Tailored Brands seeks to re-enter public markets with a roughly $500M share offering.

Tailored Brands Inc. (MENW) has filed for an initial public offering, aiming to raise approximately $500M. The company, which previously went private in 2020 amid pandemic struggles, operates brands including Men’s Wearhouse and Jos. A. Bank.

The move follows a period of restructuring after the company faced financial distress during the COVID-19 crisis. Tailored Brands had delisted from the NYSE in 2020 but has since worked to stabilize operations and reduce debt.

Early estimates suggest the offering could value the company in the range of its pre-pandemic market position, though no pricing details have been disclosed.
