(NASDAQ:SUNE) disclosed that its Board of Directors approved, subject to final documentation and customary closing conditions, a partial conversion of long-term debt into restricted common stock as part of a broader balance sheet transformation initiative. The transaction is expected to reduce outstanding long-term debt by approximately $1.2 million while lowering near-term cash obligations related to debt servicing. Under the proposed terms, the company would issue approximately 677,000 restricted shares at $1.77 per share, representing a 10% premium to the April 13, 2026, closing price.
