Sun Pharmaceutical Industries will acquire Innovcare Lifesciences for $28.7m in an all-cash transaction. The deal involves purchasing all outstanding shares of the India-based company, with completion expected by 31 July 2026.
Innovcare Lifesciences reported operational revenue of Rs940m for the financial year ending March 2026, up from Rs860m in FY24-FY25. The company specializes in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and cosmeceuticals distribution across India.
Sun Pharma stated the acquisition aligns with its strategy to expand its product offerings. No regulatory approvals are required, and the transaction excludes related-party involvement.
