Summit Bank reports 37.4 percent year-to-date earnings growth amid higher net interest income and loan expansion.

Summit Bank posted Q2 GAAP earnings per share of $0.52 on revenue of $31.2 million. Year-to-date 2026 earnings per fully diluted share surged 37.4 percent compared to the prior year, driven by higher net interest income and loan growth.

Net loan growth reached $58.3 million, or 5.4 percent year over year, while deposits grew $60.1 million, or 5.5 percent. Net interest income increased $2.1 million, or 7.7 percent, over the same period. Cash and securities rose to $153.5 million, accounting for 11.5 percent of assets, up from 10.5 percent in Q2 2025.

The bank’s liquidity position strengthened, reflecting broader asset growth and improved earnings performance.
