Straumann Holding posted first-half non-GAAP earnings per share of CHF 1.64 and revenue of CHF 1.38 billion, up 2.2% year-over-year. Core EBIT margin reached 26.9% at constant 2025 exchange rates, or 25.7% including currency effects.

Free cash flow surged 49% to CHF 168.6 million. The company confirmed an upgraded 2026 outlook, targeting high single-digit organic revenue growth and a core EBIT margin expansion of 140 to 170 basis points at constant exchange rates.
