SPX Technologies reports 23% revenue growth to $679 million, raises full-year outlook amid AI data center demand surge.

SPX Technologies (NYSE: SPXC) shares climbed after reporting a 23% year-over-year revenue increase to $679 million for its fiscal second quarter. The growth was driven by strong demand for thermal management solutions in AI data centers and the $430 million acquisition of Neptronic.

Adjusted EBITDA rose 20% to $152 million, while earnings per share increased 22% to $2.02. The company now projects $1.1 billion in data center equipment sales at full production, up from an earlier $750 million estimate.

SPX raised its full-year guidance, forecasting 21% revenue growth to $2.7 billion and 24% EPS growth to $8.40, citing continued strength in data center demand and segment performance.
