SpaceX sets largest-ever IPO with $75 billion raise, pricing shares at $135 ahead of Nasdaq debut under ticker SPCX.
SpaceX priced its initial public offering at $135 per share, raising $75 billion in the largest IPO on record. The company sold 555.6 million shares, surpassing Saudi Aramco’s $30 billion offering in 2019.
The fully diluted valuation reaches approximately $1.8 trillion, despite SpaceX reporting $19 billion in revenue last year without posting a net profit. The company holds 18,712 BTC, valued near $1.2 billion at current prices.
Shares will begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker SPCX on Friday. A tokenized version of SpaceX stock on Solana will also launch, enabling onchain trading and redemption of underlying shares.
