Deutsche Bank analyst sees SpaceX tripling its $31 billion ARR run-rate driven by neocloud and government deals.

SpaceX aims to reach $100 billion in annual recurring revenue by December, up from a $31 billion run-rate in the second quarter. The surge is expected to be fueled by neocloud contracts, including a $3.75 billion deal with Anthropic and a $920 million monthly agreement with Google starting in October.

Deutsche Bank analyst Edison Yu projects additional revenue from a $6.7 billion six-month deal, likely with the U.S. government, and another large neocloud contract before year-end. Combined, these could push ARR to $45-50 billion exiting December.

The company’s recent deals highlight strong demand for cloud compute services, positioning SpaceX to meet its ambitious target despite skepticism following its earnings call.
