SpaceX will price its initial public offering at $135 per share, aiming to raise $75 billion and achieve a $1.75 trillion valuation. The IPO, set for June 12 on Nasdaq under the ticker SPCX, will offer 555 million shares, marking the largest stock debut in history.

The company bypassed the traditional price range process, opting for a fixed opening price that may adjust before trading begins. Brokerages including Charles Schwab, Fidelity, and Robinhood will allocate shares based on individual investor criteria. Competitors Anthropic and OpenAI are also preparing for their own public listings.

Investors must complete profiles and place conditional offers, typically for a minimum of 100 shares, to participate in the offering.
