SoFi Technologies reported $1.2 billion in adjusted net revenue for Q2, up 40% year-over-year, and lifted its 2026 revenue forecast.
SoFi Technologies posted a 40% year-over-year increase in adjusted net revenue to $1.2 billion for the second quarter, while adjusted EBITDA rose 44% to $358 million. The company also reported its 11th consecutive profitable quarter, with adjusted net income of $160 million, or $0.12 per share.
Loan originations reached a record $14.8 billion, and membership grew by 1.1 million, bringing total products to 2.2 million. The company raised its 2026 adjusted net revenue forecast to a range of $4.75 billion–$4.85 billion, up from prior guidance, while maintaining its $1.6 billion adjusted EBITDA target. The updated outlook assumes one or two Federal Reserve rate increases instead of cuts.
SoFi’s results reflect continued expansion in cross-selling and non-lending products, supporting its “Everything App” strategy. The company’s performance was driven by strong demand across lending and membership growth.
