SHW Raises Full-Year Outlook After Q2 Earnings Top Estimates

Sherwin-Williams reported Q2 non-GAAP EPS of $3.70, beating estimates by $0.18, as revenue rose 7.6% year-over-year to $6.79B, surpassing forecasts by $190M.

The company raised its FY2026 adjusted diluted EPS guidance to $11.80-$12.20 from a prior consensus of $11.75. GAAP diluted EPS guidance was also lifted to $10.92-$11.32, including $0.81 per share for Valspar acquisition-related amortization and $0.07 for restructuring costs.

Shares of SHW showed modest gains in after-hours trading following the announcement.
