SailPoint (NASDAQ:SAIL) completed its acquisition of Entro Security, a specialist in non-human identity (NHI) and credential security. The move aims to unify identity management for humans, machines, and AI agents under a single control plane, addressing a growing challenge as NHIs now outnumber human identities in many organizations.
Entro’s technology provides granular visibility into developer environments, automatically detecting secrets, tokens, and certificates in codebases and CI/CD pipelines. This complements SailPoint’s Agentic Fabric, which focuses on human accountability and governance, bridging gaps in runtime defense and proactive threat detection.
The integrated solution enables real-time monitoring of token behavior, anomaly detection, and interception of malicious AI activity. It is available immediately, offering enterprises a comprehensive approach to mitigating risks tied to the expanding autonomous AI workforce.
