Europe’s largest airline reports modest revenue growth and steady traffic expansion but delays FY27 guidance amid visibility concerns.
Ryanair posted Q1 revenue of €4.38 billion, up 0.9% year-over-year, as passenger traffic increased 6% to 61.3 million. GAAP earnings per share stood at €0.51 for the quarter.
The carrier maintained its FY27 target of 216 million passengers, projecting a 4% annual growth split between 6% in H1 and 2% in H2. Summer 2026 bookings remain robust, though management cited low visibility for longer-term forecasts.
Shares showed limited reaction in early trading as investors await clearer guidance updates.
