RUM Group secures a $13.7 billion GPU contract, overshadowing its $25.46 million Q1 2026 revenue, despite funding constraints.
RUM Group (NASDAQ:RUM) shares rose 7% to $9.68 after announcing a $13.7 billion GPU supply agreement with an unnamed U.S. cloud customer. The deal, powered by 22,400 NVDA GPUs, dwarfs the company’s $25.46 million Q1 2026 revenue.
The contract’s value exceeds RUM’s current financial capacity, requiring capital raising. The company holds a dilutive 50.81 million share warrant tied to the deal. Year-to-date, RUM stock is up 43%, contrasting with Trump Media (NASDAQ:DJT), which gained 2% but remains down 31% this year.
The Global X Data Center ETF (NASDAQ:DTCR) fell 1% to $27.99, signaling the move is company-specific rather than sector-wide.
