Robinhood has introduced zero-fee cryptocurrency trading in the UK, alongside stocks, shares ISAs, equities, options, and futures. The move grants UK customers access to over 50 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, through its all-in-one app.
The launch follows Robinhood’s push to compete with incumbent UK platforms, which it claims often use opaque pricing and wide spreads. The company also unveiled “Robinhood Cortex Digests for Crypto,” an AI-powered widget that simplifies market data and news for users.
Eligible UK customers will begin accessing the service this week, with the platform positioning itself as a low-cost, transparent alternative. The expansion builds on Robinhood’s growing crypto ecosystem, including developer tools like Robinhood Chain.
