Construction Partners posted third-quarter non-GAAP earnings of $1.08 per share, beating estimates by $0.07, as revenue surged 28.2% year-over-year to $999.4M. The result exceeded expectations by $50.62M, driven by strong demand in infrastructure projects.

Adjusted EBITDA rose 23.8% to $163.0 million from $131.7 million in the same period last year. The company also raised its fiscal 2026 outlook, citing continued momentum in its core markets.

Shares showed modest gains in after-hours trading following the release.
