Rivian raised its full-year delivery outlook to 65,000-70,000 vehicles after Q2 deliveries exceeded guidance by over 1,000 units.
Rivian Automotive increased its 2026 delivery guidance to 65,000-70,000 vehicles from 62,000-67,000 after Q2 deliveries reached 12,194, surpassing its 9,000-11,000 forecast. The company produced 12,613 vehicles at its Illinois plant during the quarter.
Analysts had expected roughly 10,518 deliveries for Q2 and projected full-year deliveries of about 63,000 vehicles. The R2 SUV, priced at $57,990, began customer deliveries in June, targeting a more affordable segment.
Shares rose over 6% in premarket trading following the announcement.
