Biotech firm raises full-year GAAP operating expense guidance ahead of potential daraxonrasib launch in Q2 2026.

Revolution Medicines revised its 2026 GAAP operating expense forecast to a range of $2.1 billion to $2.2 billion. The increase reflects preparations for the potential launch of daraxonrasib, its lead oncology candidate, in the second quarter of 2026.

The company previously did not provide a specific expense range for the year. Management cited progress in its RASolute 302 trial and an expanded FDA-cleared access program as key drivers for the elevated spending outlook.

Shares showed limited movement following the announcement, as investors focused on the drug’s commercial readiness and pipeline advancement.
