SanDisk reports Q3 FY26 revenue of $5.95 billion, up 251% year-over-year, as AI-driven demand boosts datacenter sales.
SanDisk Corporation posted Q3 FY26 revenue of $5.95 billion, a 251% year-over-year increase from $1.7 billion. Adjusted EPS reached $23.41, surpassing estimates by 63%, while net income swung to $3.62 billion from a $1.93 billion loss in the prior-year quarter.
The datacenter segment led growth, surging 645% quarter-over-quarter, driven by cloud expansion in Asian enterprise markets and AI workload demand. Renaissance Technologies reduced its SNDK stake by 33% in Q1 2026, trimming holdings to nearly 800,000 shares after prior quarterly increases.
Shares were added to the hedge fund’s portfolio in mid-2025, with positions growing over 100% in Q3 before the recent reduction. The company’s performance reflects broader trends in AI-driven storage demand.
