QumulusAI (QMLS) has been approved as an NVIDIA Cloud Partner, expanding its ability to offer NVIDIA AI infrastructure for AI model training, fine-tuning, and production-scale inference. The designation leverages its distributed colocation data centers to accelerate computing capacity deployment.

The company’s stock surged 64% on Thursday before dropping 11% in premarket trading Friday. The partnership aims to support enterprise AI workloads, including reinforcement learning, by providing scalable cloud solutions.
