Quanterix reported second-quarter revenue of $32.9 million, missing its guidance by $3 million due to broad market weakness and commercial execution challenges. The company revised its full-year revenue outlook downward to $142 million–$148 million from the previous $169 million–$174 million range, while pushing cash-flow breakeven to 2027.

Pro forma revenue declined 23% year over year, with Simoa revenue falling in the low teens and Spatial revenue also weakening. Academic and government demand remained particularly soft. The company completed its Akoya integration, achieving $85 million in annualized savings and lifting non-GAAP gross margin to 47.9%.

Quanterix is restructuring its sales organization around product solutions and expects Simoa to recover faster than Spatial. The company also advanced its Alzheimer’s diagnostics strategy, with LucentAD Complete gaining coverage for qualifying Anthem members.
