Profusa (PFSA) announced its securities will move from the Nasdaq Global Market to the Nasdaq Capital Market following approval by a Nasdaq Hearings Panel. The transfer is effective immediately but requires compliance with listing standards by July 6, 2026.

The company must satisfy bid price and stockholders’ equity requirements for the Capital Market tier to avoid delisting. Profusa disclosed the decision in a May 6, 2026, letter, outlining interim milestones to maintain its listing.

No immediate market reaction was reported following the announcement.
