The company can repurchase up to 7.6% of its outstanding shares over the next year under the renewed program.
PrairieSky Royalty (PSK) received approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange to renew its normal course issuer bid, permitting the repurchase of up to 17.55 million shares. This represents approximately 7.6% of its outstanding common shares.
The buyback program will commence on June 4, 2026, and continue through June 3, 2027. Shares acquired under the program will be canceled, reducing the total share count.
