Linked accounts won $2.4 million betting on US military actions in Iran
A cluster of nine interlinked Polymarket accounts has netted $2.4 million by accurately betting on US military actions tied to the Iran conflict.
The accounts, all created days prior to America’s initial bombardment of Iran, have been remarkably successful, with their wagers paying out 98% of the time.
The wins have raised suspicions of insider trading, particularly given a recent case involving a US soldier accused of using classified information to make similar bets.
