Planet Labs PBC shareholders approved all three management proposals during the company’s 2026 annual meeting held virtually on July 9. The votes included the re-election of directors Vijaya Gadde, General John W. Raymond, and Scott Reese Jr., as well as the ratification of KPMG LLP as the independent auditor for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2027.

The company’s “say on pay” executive compensation plan also secured sufficient support, though final vote totals will be disclosed later in an SEC Form 8-K. The meeting was conducted under Delaware law, with a quorum confirmed by General Counsel Thomas Murphy and overseen by election inspector Francis Byrd of Broadridge Financial Services.

No immediate market reaction was reported following the shareholder approvals. The proposals reflect routine corporate governance matters for the satellite imagery firm.
