US-based accounting, tax and advisory practice PKF O’Connor Davies has selected Denisse Moderski as a partner in its state and local tax (SALT) practice.
She will be based in the company’s New York City office
Moderski has almost 15 years of experience in state and local tax advisory work. She has advised private equity firms, investment funds, closely held businesses and corporate taxpayers. Her core focus is on state and local income and franchise tax.
She has also supported clients in dealing with complex multistate tax matters and in finding ways to improve tax efficiency. PKF O’Connor Davies Tax Service Line leader Benjamin A.
