Massimo Andolina appointed Group CFO effective August 1
Philip Morris International has appointed Massimo Andolina as its new Group Chief Financial Officer.
He will succeed Emmanuel Babeau, who will transition to a Strategic Advisor role until March 31, 2027.
Andolina joined the company in 2008 and has held multiple senior roles, including President of the Europe Region since 2023.
Outgoing CFO Emmanuel Babeau oversaw a significant expansion of the company’s smoke-free portfolio, which accounted for 43% of net revenues in Q1 2026.
