PepsiCo’s shares have been underperforming despite the company’s strong international sales. The company’s international beverage volume climbed 5% last quarter, with revenue jumping 11%.

The company’s snacks business also performed well abroad, with Asia Pacific revenue up 15% and Latin America up 12%. This growth has been offset by a struggling domestic business.

PepsiCo’s global organic sales volume has seen its highest growth in four years, driven by recent price cuts. The company’s shares trade around 16 times forward earnings.
