Oracle reports record Q3 FY2026 revenue growth, driven by 84% IaaS surge and 325% RPO expansion, lifting annual guidance.

Oracle posted Q3 FY2026 revenue of $17.19 billion, marking over 20% organic growth and non-GAAP EPS expansion for the first time in 15 years. IaaS revenue soared 84% to $4.89 billion, while Remaining Performance Obligations (RPO) surged 325% to $553 billion.

The company raised its FY2027 revenue guidance to $90 billion, citing accelerating cloud infrastructure economics and a record contracted backlog. Shares have climbed 20% in the past month but remain 29% below their 52-week high of $343.01, following a volatile year.

Management attributed the growth to scaling OCI infrastructure, positioning Oracle to convert backlog into revenue over the next four years. The quarterly report on March 10, 2026, reversed investor skepticism after a February low near $134.57.
