Oppenheimer reiterated its Outperform rating on Nvidia NVDA with a $265 price target, citing strong fundamentals ahead of its August 26 earnings report. The stock trades at a P/E of 33.64 and has delivered 71% revenue growth over the past year, with a market cap of $5.31 trillion and a 74% gross profit margin.

Nvidia guided for $91 billion in Q2 revenue, slightly below Wall Street’s $91.9 billion estimate, while targeting a 75% gross margin. The firm’s outlook excludes China data center compute revenue. Oppenheimer expects Nvidia to exceed Q2 estimates and provide a robust Q3 outlook.
