Once Upon A Farm reported second-quarter fiscal 2026 net sales growth of 42.3%, reaching $85.4 million from $60 million a year earlier. The company attributed the increase to distribution gains, product innovation, and a national club program driving volume expansion across its baby and kid nutrition portfolios.

The company raised its full-year net sales outlook to $327 million-$335 million, up from the prior $313 million-$323 million range, reflecting growth of 36%-39%. Adjusted EBITDA guidance was also lifted to $3 million-$4.5 million from $2 million-$4 million. Household penetration rose to 6.2% from 5% a year earlier, with repeat purchases increasing 351 basis points.

CEO John Foraker noted consumption growth remained in the low- to mid-30% range, with the gap from reported sales growth due to favorable cooler slotting and initial shipments of new protein-focused products.
