OceanaGold (OGC) has received Toronto Stock Exchange approval to renew its normal course issuer bid, allowing the purchase of up to 22M common shares over 12 months. The buyback represents approximately 10% of the company’s public float.

As of July 21, 2026, OceanaGold had 222,447,523 common shares issued and outstanding. The move follows standard corporate practice to return capital to shareholders or manage share count.
