The NZD/USD pair remains steady above 0.5800 in early European trading, pausing a late pullback from a nearly one-month high near 0.5845. This level represents a critical confluence of the 200-day Simple Moving Average and the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement of the May-June decline, acting as a pivotal point for short-term traders.

The pair has found acceptance above the 50% Fibonacci retracement and shows signs of extending its recovery from the June low of 0.5625. Technical indicators, including a positive MACD and RSI near 60, support the near-term bullish outlook, though sustained gains hinge on breaking the 0.5845 hurdle.

A confirmed breakout could target resistance at 0.5853, followed by 0.5915 and 0.5995, where a broader bearish bias may fade. Downside support lies at 0.5809 and 0.5765.
