Natuzzi (NTZ) announced the NYSE has accepted its plan to regain compliance with continued listing standards by May 20. The company was flagged on January 6, 2026, for failing to meet market capitalization and shareholders’ equity requirements under Section 802.01B.
The company submitted its initial compliance plan on April 6, 2026, and updated it on May 18, 2026. Natuzzi must restore compliance within 18 months, with a deadline of July 6, 2027. Shares fell 1.92% following the announcement.
