NVIDIA guided second-quarter revenue to $91 billion, up 85% year-over-year, as demand for AI infrastructure drives growth. The company also authorized an $80 billion share buyback and raised its quarterly dividend 25-fold, returning $20 billion to shareholders in Q1 alone.

First-quarter revenue reached $81.61 billion, exceeding estimates, with non-GAAP diluted EPS of $1.87 versus $1.77 expected. Data Center revenue surged 92% to $75.25 billion, while networking revenue within the segment jumped 199%. The Q2 guidance excludes Data Center compute revenue from China, reflecting export restrictions.

Shares pulled back 5.6% post-earnings to $211, below the $299 analyst consensus, with China risks already priced into guidance. The stock trades at a forward P/E of 23, compressing as earnings growth outpaces share price movement.
