Amazon, Nvidia, and Tether lead the record $1.4 billion Series C to scale Neura’s Physical AI platform and robotics production.

Neura Robotics raised up to $1.4 billion in a Series C round, the largest ever for a full-stack robotics company, backed by Amazon, Nvidia, Tether, and others. The funding aims to accelerate manufacturing, targeting production of several million robots by 2030, and expand its Neuraverse software platform.

The company reported existing orders and deployment pipelines exceeding $1 billion. Disbursement of the full $1.4 billion is tied to performance benchmarks. Bloomberg reported a valuation near $7 billion, though Neura did not confirm the figure.

Tether, the lead investor, will integrate payment and edge AI technologies into Neura’s platform, enabling local AI processing and embedded payment functionality in robotic systems.
