Nebius stock rose 24.2% after raising data center power capacity guidance
Nebius Group reported a significant increase in its contracted data center power capacity guidance for 2026, raising it by one-third to at least 4 gigawatts.
The company’s first-quarter AI cloud revenue saw a substantial 841% year-over-year growth.
Morgan Stanley analysts increased their price target to $144 from $126 per share, still below the current level, amid caution over the stock’s strong momentum, which has seen it rise 163% this year and reach a record high on the NASDAQ.
The company has also broken ground on its first U.S. gigawatt-scale AI factory to utilize the increased power capacity, indicating strong demand for its AI compute infrastructure.
