The company confirmed the pricing of its initial public offering (IPO) of 555.6 million shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $135.00 apiece to raise $75 billion

The offering is expected to officially close on June 15. The deal values SpaceX at $1.77 trillion, making it one of the most-valued companies in the world. The crypto industry is closely watching this IPO due to a surprising element.

Bitcoin (BTC). In its Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing last month, SpaceX disclosed that it held 18,712 Bitcoin on its balance sheet as of Dec. 31, 2025. Analysts have also been debating the dynamics between the SpaceX IPO and Bitcoin.
